| Who or what is Eliot Rosewater and why should you
care?
Eliot Rosewater is the title character in Indiana-born Kurt Vonneguts
book, God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater. The Eliot Rosewater
Indiana High School Book Award is your chance to vote for
your favorite book. Each year a committee of high school students,
media specialists, classroom teachers and public librarians compiles
a list of books that will appeal to students in grades 9-12.
Students who read at least one of the books on the current list
may vote for their favorite, thus selecting the award recipient.
Read any of the nominees on the current list before April and
you may cast your ballot for the best young adult book of the year.
Each student, statewide, has an equal voice in selecting the yearly
award winner!
We have most of the books in the IMC Read something for FUN,
and cast your vote!
