Frequently Asked Questions About Tuition and Financial Assistance at Concordia Lutheran High School

What are my options for paying tuition?
There are three different payment plans available to choose from to pay tuition. The full-year payment plan, the semester payment plan and the monthly payment programs. Tuition must be paid through one of these three options. CLHS accepts cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover as methods of payment. Using a credit card results in a higher tuition rate due to bank fees charged to the school. Additional information on these three plans is in the 2007-2008 Financial Information brochure.

Is there any financial assistance available?
All financial assistance is need based. An enrollment application is required before financial assistance will be considered. CLHS uses the Private School Aid Service [PSAS] to provide a baseline comparison and objective assessment of need of the families that apply for financial assistance. Parents complete the PSAS form and mail it directly to PSAS with a $20.00 fee [payable to PSAS]. CLHS will make a final determination of need. Every effort is made to assist families according to the need-based evaluation and special circumstances.

Are there scholarships available?
