Concordia names Kindig the new gymnastics coach

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Concordia Lutheran High School has named Sydni Kindig the new head coach of the gymnastics team.

“I wanted to come to Concordia because it is a great family to be a part of,” she said.

Kindig returns to Concordia after having graduated in 2012. She competed as a gymnast while in high school and has been coaching gymnastics since graduating. She is currently coaching at Summit Gymnastics Academy, and she works full time at Deister Machine Company in Fort Wayne as an administrative coordinator.

She and her husband, Jacob, have two daughters, Adalyn and Aubrey.

Concordia Lutheran High School, located at 1601 St. Joe River Drive in Fort Wayne, Ind., was founded in 1935 as a private, co-educational Lutheran high school open to students of all faiths and backgrounds.
