ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

A. Concordia is a member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) and therefore agrees to abide by its rules and regulations.

B. The Principal of Concordia Lutheran High School is the authorized representative of the IHSAA and is responsible to the IHSAA and to the Board of Control of Concordia Lutheran High School for the conduct of the athletic program.

C. The Athletic Director, appointed by the Board of Control upon recommendation of the Principal, shall supervise the athletic program and shall be responsible directly to the Principal.

D. Coaches and Assistant Coaches shall be appointed for all sports by the Board of Control upon the recommendation of the Principal. Each Coach shall be accountable for the conduct of his/her athletes while they are official representatives of Concordia Lutheran High School.

E. The Coaches shall assist the Principal and Athletic Director in the formulation of athletic policy, in the approval of the awards and in the removal of the awards.
