Mark your calendars to spend Saturday, November 7, 2009 in the “Miami Moonlight.”  The 27th annual dinner auction will once again be at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in downtown Fort Wayne.  We look forward to having this event be a part of the 75th Anniversary of Concordia Lutheran High School. 

The 26th Concordia Dinner Auction, A Medieval Thanksgiving held in November, was a grand evening raising approximately $100,000 for Concordia Lutheran High School and its students. Over 400 guests enjoyed the atmosphere of a castle setting, including those at 24 tables sponsored by local businesses and friends of Concordia.
The Dinner Auction is the major single fund-raising event for Concordia and over the past 26 years has raised more than $2,000,000 in support of the high school. Many students and parents are part of the volunteer work force that makes this event possible. As Concordia looks to celebrate 75 years in providing Christ Centered Education, we invite you to “Miami Moonlight” to help continue the Concordia ministry

What can I do?

We look forward to seeing you at the CLHS Annual Dinner Auction on Saturday, November 7.  The diner auction will be held at the Grand Wayne Center in downtown Fort Wayne. 

The dinner auction is the major single fund-raising event for Concordia.  Gifts of time and talent are vital to the success of the annual auction.  We cannot do it without your help.

As part of this event, there are two gift gathering parties in October.

Sports Gift Gathering Party- Friday, October 9
Join your hosts, Bill & Sue Swift and Larry & Jenni Boseker, for a sporting good time after the football game on Friday, October 9.  Bring a sports themed gift for the auction valued at $50 or more and enjoy the party with Concordia friends.  There will be plenty of food and beverages for all.  The party will be held at 1615 Vance Avenue.  It is right behind the Scott’s on North Anthony, 1 block south of the stadium. 

Reservations are requested for the party.  To make a reservation, buy dinner auction tickets or to volunteer for the auction, please contact Janne Ross at 483-1102 ext 252.
