| BALL STATE UNIVERSITY– DEPARTMENT OF ART UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS– As part of the admission process for the Department of Art at Ball State, they will be hosting an Open House and Portfolio Review on Saturday, March 1, 2008. CALVIN COLLEGE “ENTRADA SCHOLARS PROGRAM”–This is a summer academic achievement program for ethnic minority students who have completed 11th or 12th grade. Participants live on campus, take a summer course, and earn college credit. A generous scholarship is in place so the participants only pay $200 to attend. INDIANA UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY SCIENCE- Offers 2,3, and 4 year ROTC and Nurse Scholarships. See Guidance for more information. NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR COOPERATIVE EDUCATION– This commission represents 10 NCCE Partner Colleges and will award 185 merit co-op scholarships of $6,000 each. Visit online at www.co-op.edu for more information and to complete an application. Deadline is Feb. 15, 2008.
PURDUE UNIV. COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE–a $500.00 scholarship has been designated to be awarded to a H.S. Senior who will be attending Purdue in the fall of 2008. Guidance has a copy of the scholarship application. Deadline is May 1, 2008. Call (260) 481-6826 for more information.
TRI-STATE UNIVERSITY– There are several scholarships available. The Lilly Valedictorian/Salutatorian Scholarship program awards $2500 annually for 4 years. See Guidance for the requirements and details.
