When is the first day of school?

In order to effectively train all students on COVID-19 procedures and to get students their books, locks, lockers etc., there will be orientation days for students on August 11 and 12. See the schedule below. The first full day for all students will be August 13, which is a C day so classes begin at 8 a.m.

All Student Orientation Schedule:

  • Freshmen: 8:00-11:30 AM August 11
  • Sophomores: 9:00-10:30 AM August 12
  • Juniors: 1:00-2:30 PM August 12
  • Seniors: 1:00-3:00 PM August 11

*Students must be in school uniform and have a facial covering.

First Day of School for All: 8 a.m. August 13 (C Day)

What if I an uncomfortable sending my student back into the classroom?

Will my student have to wear a face mask at school?

Yes, cloth face coverings/masks will be worn by faculty and staff and students when social distancing guidelines cannot be maintained.

What are your policies for cleanliness and safety?

This document outlines our plans for social distancing and regular cleanings of the facility and classroom equipment and supplies.

What are the plans if there is a case of COVID-19 in the school?

We are working closely with local health officials, and will follow their directions for cleaning and closing down the school if it becomes necessary.

When is Registration?

Registration has been moved online this year. Visit for the list of items for all students. Also, please log into your OnCampus account to sign the Enrollment Contract for each of your students and to set up your payment plan. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office. Please remember to send the forms for the nurse with your student on the first day of school.

When will my students receive their books?

Students will receive their books, locks, and lockers during the orientation days on August 11 and 12.

Does my student have to provide his/her own face mask?

Yes. They need to consider their face covering/mask as important as bringing their cell phone, pencils, laptop/tablet, and other school materials one brings to school on a daily basis.

Are their restrictions on mask designs?

Facial covering/masks need to reflect normal in-school dress code guidelines with the addition that a facial covering should not be disruptive to the educational environment or be visually distracting to others. Facial coverings/masks that do not reflect the Christian ethos of Concordia Lutheran High School are not allowed. This includes facial coverings and masks designs that promote drugs, alcohol, tobacco, political statements, overly graphic designs such as skull/bones, demonic imagery, or the like. The Administration reserves the right to replace masks as necessary.

Can my student carry his/her bookbag?

Yes. Until further notice and to reduce the frequency of students visiting their locker, students will be allowed to carry their bookbag, backpack with them.

What if I am visiting or attending an event?

The same guidelines will apply for masks and social distancing for any Concordia event.

How can I order school uniforms?

Uniforms are available to order online at and we will notify you when they are available for pickup. Order by July 30 to have them in time for the start of school.
