Celebrating a Blue Christmas

Tonight is our "Blue Christmas" Cadets in Cadence Dinner Auction. Our Chairs have a special message for you.

Welcome Concordia Family!

After a crazy year and a half, we are so thankful to be able to come together, in person, to enjoy food and fellowship as we support Christian education at the 2021 Cadets in Cadence Dinner Auction!

We have enjoyed the opportunity to work together with a great CLHS staff to plan our Blue Christmas festivities. It wasn’t that long ago that Rob, Stephanie, and Mike were students in the halls of CLHS, creating lifelong friendships and becoming part of something very special: The CLHS Family. Since our years at CLHS, we have continued to remain close friends, enjoying IU games, spring break trips and lake weekends together. To now watch our own children, enter the halls of CLHS and make friends, grow in their faith and become part of the same special CLHS family is such a blessing!

With all of the uncertainty in this world, thanks be to God that we can look to the One who is certain. His word is true. His promises are trustworthy. He is our everlasting rock. As we celebrate Christmas, we pray you are reminded that our hope is not found in this world but in the certainty of Jesus Christ and what he has done for us! What an amazing truth that the students at CLHS are reminded of daily!

There are so many people to thank for giving their time and talents to make this event a success. We are so very thankful for their service to the Lord and for this special place where the love of Jesus Christ is shared. Thank you for joining us this evening to support God’s work in this special place. We are excited to see our CLHS family together again. For those new to CLHS, welcome to the family!

God’s blessings to each of you this Christmas season and in the New Year ahead.
