Tuition Scholarship Form

You will be automatically reviewed for the scholarship when completing the Choice Scholarship application.  You have been or will be emailed the instructions for applying for this scholarship.

Only new families to CLHS are required to complete the application if they wish to be reviewed for the scholarship.  Families must complete this online form and submit the required documents by July 1, 2026.  The priority deadline is December 19, 2025.  If your situation has changed, please notify the financial aid office.  This scholarship is awarded based on financial need.
