CLHS students to participate in March for Life in Washington, D.C.

Jan. 13, 2023

FORT WAYNE, Ind. β€” A group of 32 Concordia Lutheran High School students will head to Washington, D.C., later this month in support of pro-life in the annual March for Life.

β€œIn a post-Roe world, the Cadets4Life still peacefully march in defense of human life that continues to be at risk, now at the state level,” said Mark Dolde, CLHS teacher and school leader for the trip.

The group will leave on the evening of Jan. 18 and return in the morning on Jan. 21. The March will take place on the National Mall on Jan. 20. Along with the March, students will be able to tour the Capitol and visit the Holocaust Museum. As a new benefit for the trip this year, students will be able to participate in the Y4Life conference where they will meet other students and life leaders from across the nation and will learn more about life issues.

Students are traveling with the Right to Life of Northeast Indiana, who is transporting a total of 116 students, 26 chaperones, and 10 family trip participants for a grand total of more than 150 participants.
