FORT WAYNE, Ind. — The Concordia Lutheran High School Symphonic Band and Jazz Band are on their way out East for the 2017 band tour from March 21-26.

They will begin their tour in Toledo, Ohio. On Wednesday, they head to Cleveland, Ohio for a tour at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a concert that evening. Thursday’s events take place in Verona, Pa., a suburb of Pittsburgh, with an assembly for students and a concert that evening. On Friday, the group boards the bus and heads to Richmond, Va., for a performance in a beautifully renovated sanctuary. The final tour stop is in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a Saturday night concert and playing for Sunday morning services.

“It will be a great opportunity to share the Gospel and have some fun all at the same time,” said Adam Friedrich, band director.

The band will host a home concert at 7 p.m. March 27 in the CLHS auditorium.
