Cadets Spring Magazine 2018

Stacey Salisbury is retiring this year after serving at Concordia since 2001. She has led the Family & Consumer Science classes (Nutrition and Wellness, Advanced Foods and Nutrition, Child Development & Parenting, and Textiles & Fashion Foundations), and has also been the head elf for the Christmas Bureau service project as well as the mentor for the CANstruction project.

She is married to Stephen, and they have two daughters, Laura Salisbury and her husband Stephen Dimmick and Rosannah Mack and her husband Christopher. She also has two grandsons, Reid and Andrew.

“The 18 years I’ve been with Concordia have been uniquely special for me and truly the best of my life. I will especially miss the many friends made from among this amazingly talented and caring staff and faculty and the students who have brought joy, creativity and faith into my life,” she said.
