Biography

The Rev. Chad Hoover was called to Concordia Lutheran High School in 2014, after serving as a parish pastor in northern Michigan for ten years. He holds a B.A in education from Concordia University Chicago, and an M.Div. from Concordia Theological Seminary. 

Pastor Hoover and his wife Andrea have been blessed with four children (all graduating from CLHS) and two sons-in-law. He is a frequent contributor to the youth ministry organization Higher Things, a Recognized Service Organization of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, and is the author of Lutheran Spirituality: Vocation, one of seven adult Bible studies in the Lutheran Spirituality series through Concordia Publishing House.  Pastor Hoover also serves as Pastoral Assistant at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New Haven.
