Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
The FCA Vision: To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches.
The Concordia Huddle: The huddle meets for devotion every Tuesday during the second half of lunch. Time is also spent studying and discussing ways to share the faith in athletic contests and practices. Sources for study include the Bible and stories gathered from professional and college athletes provided by the FCA organization.
Requirements: Participants should be involved with an athletic team and desire to grow in their ability to share their faith.
Other FCA Opportunities: Camps are sponsored in most sports at sites around the country where professional and college athletes will help the individual grow athletically and spiritually. The Northern Indiana group also runs a summer camp in the Fort Wayne area and is always looking for interested athletes to help.
Cost: Concordia Huddle – None; Summer Camps – Cost determined by FCA.
