2020-2021 Work
It is an exciting time at Concordia Lutheran High School as many improvements have been made at the Zollner Athletic Complex! We have resurfaced and repainted all 12 tennis courts, with 4 of the courts now lined for pickle ball. We have put up a brand new, digital scoreboard, with video capabilities and new sound. The track subsurface and running surface will all be brand new, and brightly striped. And, we have new field turf which allows us to not only play football games, but also has provided upgraded space for our Marching Band. In addition, for the first time ever, we will be able to have home boys and girls soccer games!
Due to generous gifts from The Lutheran Foundation, Concordia Educational Foundation, Mary Cross Tippmann Foundation, and several anonymous individual donors, we have 80% of the gifts we need to complete the entire project! Your gift will help get us there and if you get it in soon, will be matched dollar for dollar up to $55,000.
This is only the first phase as we also have plans to upgrade the restrooms, lighting, softball and baseball fields in the future. Zollner will be the premier athletic complex not only for Concordia and the Lutheran grade schools but also for other organizations in NE Indiana wanting to host events.
