Back-to-School Registration Days

Registration Days 2026-2027

 

Wednesday, August 5 & Thursday, August 6 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

 

Important: Complete Enrollment Before CLHS Registration

 

To help make your CLHS Registration experience as smooth and efficient as possible, please ensure your Enrollment or Re-Enrollment Packet and Payment Plan are completed before attending Registration.

 

Families who have not completed these steps in advance will need to do so on-site before proceeding with the rest of the Registration process—which may result in a significant wait time.

 

Save time and avoid the line—complete your forms ahead of time so you can jump right in!

 

Parking is available in the main parking lot off of Anthony Blvd. and St. Joe River Dr. and at Zollner Stadium. Please safely cross at the crosswalk. Enter through the main school entrance at Door 1.

 

This event is required for all CLHS parents and students.  

 

  • Parents will finalize registration for your student, verify accurate contact information, learn how they can volunteer, set up a lunch account and meet the school nurse to start the school year smoothly.  
  • Students will get their school picture taken, pick up their class schedules and visit their school counselors, if they need adjustments made to their schedules. They’ll also pick up their ordered school uniform apparel, receive their books, locker assignment and lock, and meet Jared (the comfort dog).   
  • Students and parents will learn about the Cadet Café lunch options, athletics, clubs and activities available at CLHS.

 

What can be done before CLHS Registration? 

Go to FACTS Family Portal where you will find your student’s grades and your tuition and payment plan information.

  • Make sure your enrollment is complete (“apply/enroll”)
  • Set up your payment plan (“financial”) 
  • Update your family information: address, phone numbers, email address, who receives school emails, make sure your student’s birth city and state are entered
  • How to create my FACTS Family Portal:
    • Go to the login page
    • Click “Create New Family Portal Account”
    • Create an account using the email that CLHS has on file for you
    • Open email with instructions on how to create a username and password

Helpful Hint: Come on Thursday for less crowd and shorter lines.


Many forms have been made available online and can be found via links in this email. If you are not able to find and print forms which are found online, they will be made available to you in person at registration. Please bring a pen or pencil! 

 

School Nurse information & medical forms (if applicable) can be completed and brought to the School Nurse Station at registration:

 

Please keep an eye out for the Parkview Random Drug Test Consent which will be made available in upcoming communications regarding the upcoming school year.

 

Cross Connections, Inc.  
As part of the Health and Wellness Initiative, the Concordia leadership has an agreement with Cross Connections to make brief counseling services available to students during the school day. Cross Connections is a biblical counseling agency with ties to many of the churches in the Fort Wayne community. A signed permission slip is needed to receive these counseling services.

 

School Uniform Apparel can be ordered online at concordia.logoshop.com. If you’ve already purchased new uniform apparel, it can be picked up in the school main office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday or during registration. 

 

  • Resale (used) school uniform apparel will be available on the Wednesday of registration starting at 2:00 p.m. in room 211. Please bring cash or check. 

 

Student School Pictures are required for every student for the yearbook and their student ID.  DO NOT WEAR GREEN! Your picture will be taken in front of a green screen, so please wear any color besides green. Students may be in 'free dress' (school uniform not required) for the photo but they must align with the school’s updated appearance guidelines found in the Student-Parent Handbook for 2026-2027. When proofs come back to CLHS, students may be asked to go to the photo retake day on September 3, 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. if there is a non-compliance matter. Pictures can be ordered later this fall at Jostenspix.com.


Yearbooks: If you ordered a 2025-2026 yearbook, they will be available at registration to pick up in room 206. The class of 2026 can pick up their yearbooks anytime during registration or on Wednesday, August 5, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the Worship Conference Center for a signing party. 

If you did not order the 2026-2027 yearbook when you enrolled, please bring a check made out to CLHS or cash for $80.00 to registration, or order online at jostensyearbook.com for an additional $5.00. Stop by room 206 to learn how to purchase a senior, student and business advertising spot in the yearbook.

Graduation Station (for Seniors only) All seniors should visit Ms. Johnson regarding diploma and cap and gown information at registration. She will be located in the former school office. 

 

JROTC uniforms will be distributed at registration in the JROTC classroom.

 

Athletics Station will be available at registration. 

 

 

Please keep an eye out for the Student Parking Pass Information which will be shared in upcoming communications regarding the 2026-2027 school year.

 

Student Technology

  • For onboarding of your student's device, email, and FACTS Family Portal login as well as other technology questions, click here. 
  • Mr. Storm will be available during registration in room 208.  All new students plan to stop by to on-board your device.  Hint: If you have a new computer, please set it up at home with device registration, internet access, and the Chrome browser prior to Back to School registration. 

 

Registration Make Up Days:  If you have a conflict with registration on August 5 or 6, please come into the school office Friday, August 7, from 9:00 a.m. to noon or Tuesday, August 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

Things to accomplish on make up days:

  • Students will get locks, lockers, and books.  
  • Seniors will need to see Ms. Johnson regarding graduation items.  
  • Parents will be able to complete their enrollment, financial aid and payment plans in the school office, if they have not been able to do so remotely via FACTS.  
  • When all required plans are completed, students will receive their class schedule.
  • Parents will sign the Parkview Random Drug Test Consent (to be provided in upcoming communications) for their student.  
  • Students will need to wait to have their picture taken on September 3, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

Expectations of CLHS Registration

  • Staff will be available in the cafeteria to assist with FACTS Family Portal issues.
  • Various stations will be set up for you to visit by following the registration checklist you will receive that night.
  • You will not be required to stop at every station.
  • Get informed by stopping at club and activity tables.

 

Helpful hint:  Make sure to complete your payment plan prior to coming to registration to save time.

  • Tuesday, August 11 (8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.) - New Student Orientation
  • Wednesday, August 12 (8:00 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.) - First Day of School for All Students
  • Wednesday, August 19 - (6:30 - 8:00 p.m.) - Parent Back to School Night (Senior Parent Meeting at 6:00 p.m.)
