Payment Plans and Fees
To attend CLHS, a student’s parent(s) or guardian(s) must sign an enrollment contract that specifies the payment option and personal responsibilities. Contracts will be emailed to students before the start of the next school year (generally in May or June).
In the event that any payment is returned for NSF, a $30 will be charged.
One-time fee paid at the time of initial application and is non-refundable: $35
For seniors only. Included in payment plans: $120
Students who drive to school must obtain a parking pass to display in their front window. This pass is available from Student Services: $35. Parking passes must be renewed each school year.
Method of Payment
Tuition and fees are paid online through SMART Tuition. SMART accepts all major credit/debit cards. Using this method incurs credit card fees. You may choose an automatic withdrawal [ACH] through your bank account. There are no fees with this option. Payment dates are the 1st and 20th of each month. Payment methods are set unless other arrangements are made with the Business office.
▶ Full Payment Option
You may pay tuition and fees in full at any time. If you pay your balance in full by September 15 and by ACH from your bank account through SMART Tuition, or with an In-House check or cash, you will receive a 2% discount on the tuition. The SMART Tuition Administrative fee of $45 is waived with this option.
▶ Semester Payment Option
You may pay half of your tuition in July or August and half in January, both through SMART Tuition. The SMART Tuition Administrative fee of $45 is waived with this option.
▶ Monthly Payment Option
A monthly payment plan is available through SMART Tuition. The SMART Tuition Administrative fee of $45 is incurred with this option and due the 1st month of your payment plan.
Late Fee - $40 is charged by SMART Tuition if there is an outstanding balance of $40 or higher from a previous billing cycle and is due on the next billing cycle.
Bank Fail Fee - $30 is charged by SMART Tuition in the event of a failed transaction.
Ways to Save
College529 Plan: Use up to $10,000 to pay for your tuition at Concordia.
Coverdell Educational Savings Account: Can be used for qualified educational costs.
Traditional investment accounts, permanent life insurance, custodial accounts and ROTH IRA principal are other possible funding sources.
