Payment Plans and Fees
To attend CLHS, a student’s parent(s) or guardian(s) must sign a contract that specifies the payment option and personal responsibilities. Contracts will be emailed to parents/guardians before the start of the next school year (generally in May or June).
In the event that any payment is returned for NSF, a $30 will be charged.
School Fees
Application Fee
One-time fee paid at the time of initial application and is non-refundable: $35
Graduation Fee
For seniors only. Sent separately to parents/guardians through FACTS: $150
Parking Fee
Students who drive to school must obtain a parking pass to display in their front window. This pass is available from Student Services: $35. Parking passes must be renewed each school year.
Method of Payment
Tuition and fees are paid online through FACTS. FACTS accepts all major credit/debit cards. Using this method incurs credit card fees. You may choose an automatic withdrawal [ACH] through your bank account. There are no fees with this option. Payment dates are the 5th and 20th of each month. Payment methods are set unless other arrangements are made with the Business office.
▶ Full Payment Option
You may pay tuition and fees in full at any time (on FACTS, this plan must be selected in July or August). There is a $20 FACTS administrative fee with this option. This fee is non-refundable.
▶ Semester Payment Option
You may pay half of your tuition in August and half in January, both through FACTS. There is a $20 FACTS administrative fee with this option. This fee is non-refundable.
▶ Monthly Payment Option
A monthly payment plan is available through FACTS. There is a $50 FACTS administrative fee with this option. This fee is non-refundable.
10-month plan (starting in August)
11-month plan (starting in July)
12-month plan (starting in July)
Returned Payment Fee - $30 is charged by FACTS in the event of a failed transaction.

Coverdell Educational Savings Account: Can be used for qualified educational costs.

Traditional investment accounts, permanent life insurance, custodial accounts and ROTH IRA principal are other possible funding sources.
