Concordia is excited to share that we have extended a divine Call to Concordia University Nebraska graduate, Isaac Weander, to serve as the director of choirs beginning in the fall of 2024. This means Isaac will prayerfully consider this opportunity to serve with us next school year.
Mr. Weander was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. He attended Christ Lutheran School and Lutheran High Northeast for his K-12 education. Isaac is in his professional semester at Concordia University Nebraska, pursuing a degree in K-12 music education.
Having attended Lutheran schools his whole life, Mr. Weander knows the importance of Lutheran education and is excited to begin his career in a place where his love for Christ and music can be expressed equally. We believe Mr. Weander will be an excellent partner to the rest of our music staff and provide the energy and leadership to move our choral programs forward.
