Day of Giving
Join us for a Day of Giving in support of our students at CLHS! This 24-hour campaign on Wednesday, March 13 is dedicated to rallying support from the school community, alumni, parents, and friends of Concordia to raise funds for various initiatives and projects that benefit the school and its students. You can choose from 11 different projects to support financially and get them one step closer to their monetary goal.
PROJECTS:
- Basketball (boys & girls) - Shooting Machine Upgrade
- Culinary Arts Class: Classroom Equipment Upgrades
- DECA (Student Org): Travel to Anaheim for DECA Int. Competition
- HOSA (Student Org): Travel to Houston for Int. HOSA Conference
- JROTC: JROTC Scholarship Fund
- Media Arts Class: Classroom Equipment Upgrades
- Mom Squad (CLHS Parent Volunteers): CLHS Staff Appreciation
- Softball: Pitching Machine Upgrade
- Textiles & Fashion Class: Material & Equipment Upgrades
- Theatre Department: Microphone Upgrades for stage
- Yearbook/Photography Classes: Camera Upgrades
DAY OF GIVING PRIZES:
First and Second Place are determined by the team with the most unique donors who have made a gift of at least $25 towards their project. The team with the highest number of total individual donors will win the first-place prize. The team with the next highest number of total individual donors will receive the second-place prize. The winning teams will be announced on Friday, March 15. Prizes are made possible by the generosity of our Cadet Fund donors!
- 1st Place Team: will receive an additional $1,000 toward their project.
- 2nd Place Team: will receive an additional $500 toward their project.
