The Honors Academy welcomed five new freshmen to the group! They include Adler Grinslade, Jude Peters, Aiden Slattery, Judah Stellwagen and John Stockinger. The freshmen HA class, now consisting of 16 students, will be heading to Indiana University Bloomington for an admissions session, campus tour and connection time with CLHS alumni while having lunch at IU.
The Honors Academy will host speakers from both Erin's House and Fort Wayne Dance Collective in early March for a Leadership Speaker Summit. The topic will address how arts can be used in a therapeutic manner as well as how arts are used by all of us to reduce stress, serve as a welcomed distraction and expand our overall awareness and appreciation.
Honors Academy seniors are busy putting the finishing touches on their culminating senior projects and preparing to present what they have done for their original creation. The dates of presentation and topics of each of the Honors Academy seniors will be shared on our CLHS website and posted in our Daily Bulletin.
