Concordia to sink hunger with CANstruction build

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Concordia Lutheran High School will sink hunger this year with their “TiCANic: Sinking Hunger in our Community” CANstruction build. The theme this year is focused on decades.

Concordia students have been meeting weekly to brainstorm ideas, develop sketches, create digital models and then practice building the structure.

The build will take place at Glenbrook Mall on Friday, April 20. Public voting for the People’s Choice Award will be the donation of canned goods at the mall between April 21 through April 29.

Concordia Lutheran High School, located at 1601 St. Joe River Drive in Fort Wayne, Ind., was founded in 1935 as a private, co-educational Lutheran high school open to students of all faiths and backgrounds.
