The CLHS school nurse helps to ensure your student has a safe and healthy school year. Our clinic is staffed every day by a Registered Nurse to care for and assist your student with any medical emergencies. The school nurse makes a difference and promotes academic success while also promoting lifelong healthy habits.
When students register, they are asked to fill out the Emergency Information Form (linked below) and provide a copy of your student's immunization record (this will be given to your student upon graduation). If your student has a serious allergy, please be prepared to fill out an allergic reaction form or present an individualized care plan from their doctor. The nurse is available to talk about your student's individual needs.

Why CPR training is important
At Concordia, our students are trained in CPR during class. As Garrett Spires learned, these skills can be put to good use – even to save another life.
