Before school or during your student’s lunch period
You have to do nothing – your student is already here!
0700-1:00 pm -- parents may get theirs when they drop off student or anytime prior to 1:00 pm (please enter and exit the auditorium doors – masks required)
Please print the consent form (1 for each person), complete, sign and date – return to the clinic by September 21
---no forms can be accepted after this time.
When you get a flu shot, you protect yourself, any newborns or infants too young to be vaccinated and people who are at high risk for complications from the flu.
Call me for more information or with any questions. Get out there and enjoy these late and cooler summer evenings with your teenager.
