FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Concordia Lutheran High School has named Leroy Scoles as the new head coach for the softball team.

A Fort Wayne native, Scoles has been coaching baseball and softball for more than 25 years, most recently at Bishop Dwenger and New Haven high schools.

“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the Lady Cadets Softball program. I hope to bring a strong work ethic to the program, but more importantly, an atmosphere of sportsmanship, team comradery, and enthusiasm. … Come out and support the Lady Cadets and cheer us on to what I hope to be many successes,” he said.

He currently works as a business development manager with Hi-Tech Electric in Fort Wayne.
