Our DECA students excelled in the district competition on Saturday, January 15 at Homestead High School. The students brought home numerous top 3 finishes and many first place awards, and all students who competed are moving on to the state competition.
The results were:
- Principles of Business Management: Lizzie Crook - 1st Place and Wyatt Raney - 2nd Place
- Principles of Hospitality: Evan Gerig - 1st Place
- Principles of Marketing: Brennen West - 1st Place and Nathan Labahn - 2nd Place
- Personal Financial Literacy: Larry Schoenefeld - 3rd Place
- Accounting Applications: Izzy Smith - 2nd place
- Automotive Services: Max Chhabram - 1st place
- Business Finance: Drew Scheiderer - 1st place and Campbell Twomey - 5th place
- Quick Serve: Sierra Gibson - 1st place
- Full Serve Restaurant: Michael Habegger - 1st place and Jack Habegger - 4th place
- Sports and Entertainment Team: Matthew David and Alex Dahnke - 2nd place
