If your family has an incoming student, please make sure to complete the Excel Scholarship and Tuition Scholarship applications before May 15th. Returning students do not need to complete these.
If you already have a child currently at CLHS, there is nothing additional to complete at this time. We will review the student’s GPA at the end of the year to make sure they are meeting the renewal criteria. (3.5 for the Concordia Scholars and 3.0 for the Excel). You do not need to complete the Tuition Scholarship. If you have had a change in income, please contact me directly so we can note this in your file.
The State has still not set the actual dollar amounts for the 2021-2022 school year. They are hoping to set that in April or May. Once they have set the actual amount, we will update your Smart Tuition account. I would also like to point out that the Choice Scholarship paperwork can be completed starting in April. An email will be sent out mid-March to let you know it is time to set up your appointment for April. In order to fully complete this paperwork, the State requires us to use your 2021 Federal Tax Return, so please make sure you have completed this step prior to setting up your appointment.
