A Bold Step Forward, Guided by Christ

PROVERBS 4:20-27 20 My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. 21 Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. 24 Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. 26 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. 27 Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.

2026 - A Bold Step and exciting times. As I see the additions to the Concordia campus, please pause with me to take heart of it all. I pray we continue to be humble and know that all of the improvements are blessings from our great Concordia community past and present. And the tremendous effort to start and complete is only possible through working together. Through all we continually stay aware of who we are and whose we are in Christ. We must make sure through these growing pains we all still reflect our Lord and Savior to one another. We continually need to trust one another to complete our mission of developing our students to become lifelong learners with Christ at the center. The chaos going on in the world today continues to make us hopeless, leading to heartlessness. We make every effort to be focused more on the everlasting life with Christ and aware our eternal home is not here on earth. As we stay in God’s word daily, continue to reflect our Savior to others. Finally, never ever let us stop praying to trust our Lord who humbly served us to the ultimate sacrifice. The lent season is our time to reflect on that ultimate sacrifice our Lord and Savior made for each and every one of us. Please, be aware our enemy does not want us to make the extra effort to stay in God’s word and trust in our humble Triune God.
