Ephesians 5:15-17 says "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish,"
Whenever someone asks how I'm doing, my typical response is, "Good, but busy!" Ephesians is a good verse to think about how we use our time. Have you ever checked your screen time on your phone? Do you get that Sunday alert telling you your average daily screen time for the last week? I see that number and think, "What could I have done with even 50% of that time?" Do you use the weekend to "catch up" but still feel busy/tired on Monday? As we enter this time of year - end of school, final projects, AP tests, wrapping up a sports season, graduation, and more, things are definitely busy and we feel the pressure. Take some time to pray, to be in the word, to read a devotion - use your remaining time wisely, and you'll get things done, with some time left over to truly recharge.
