Concordia to host Germanfest in support of annual dinner auction, Cadets in Cadence

Sept. 22, 2014

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Concordia Lutheran High School will host its annual Germanfest from 6 to 10 p.m. Oct. 4 at the home of Jeff Parrish, 3770 Kirkwood Drive in Fort Wayne. This gift-gathering party for the Cadets in Cadence: Building Bridges dinner auction will go to support annual giving to the high school.

“Germanfest is a tradition almost as old as the auction,” said Stephanie Paradine, director of annual giving. “It is a great opportunity for us to celebrate our heritage while enjoying the company of Cadet fans of all generations. This party collects the most gifts for the silent auction at Cadets in Cadence.”

Germanfest is open to all, but attendees are asked to bring a gift for the dinner auction valued at $25.

Please RSVP to Stephanie Paradine at [email protected] or (260) 483-1102 ext. 217.

The Cadets in Cadence: Building Bridges dinner auction will take place at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 at the high school with hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $125 per person. The Preview Party at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 is open to all at $10 a person for appetizers, drinks and a silent auction. This is an opportunity to see the amazing décor and items for sale for the live and silent auctions.
