How many times have we heard the words:
“Hold your horses!”
“Take a deep breath.”
“Patience is a virtue.”
“Chill, bro.”
“Wait.”
It is a message I receive more often than I care to admit; yet I find myself, rather than waiting in the stillness, seeking the noise of everyday life, because waiting is hard.
