FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Concordia Lutheran High School will host a local tattoo artist to speak to students about the industry on Feb. 8.

Donny Manco, owner of New Republic Tattoo, has been tattooing for 16 years. He was instrumental in bringing the local tattoo industry above-ground when tattooing was legalized in Indiana in 1997.

Students will get to hear an in-depth discussion about the tattoo industry and trade, as well as a question and answer session, during the lunch hour, which will begin at 11:15 a.m. in room 105.
