Tim Benecke has been named this year’s LTG General John Moellering Hall of Honor inductee. He is a 1974 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School and a former member of the school’s JROTC program where he attained the rank of Cadet Major, serving as Battalion Executive Officer, Snap Squad Exhibition Drill Team Commander and Officer’s Ball Chairman.
