About Physical Education & Wellness
Through Physical Education and Health and Wellness classes, we stress the importance of creating well-rounded students.
Through the P.E. program, students have the opportunity to actively participate in at least four of the following: team sports; dual sport activities; individual physical activities; outdoor pursuits; self-defense and martial arts; gymnastics; and dance, all of which are within the framework of lifetime physical activities and fitness.
Through Health and Wellness, students gain the basis to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors.
