Founded in 1935, Concordia has a long history in Fort Wayne, IN, and a long impact in Christ-Centered Educational Excellence.

Praise Band

Concordia students have the opportunity to play in our Praise Band, Praise 150, during chapel services.

Psalm 150 proclaims, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord . . . with strings and pipe . . . with the clash of cymbals . . . (and) with the resounding cymbals.” Members of Praise 150 use their God-given musical gifts and talents to provide music for various chapels throughout the school year and to minister to members of the CLHS community through song. Members of this team are conscientious students and examples of the Christian faith in all areas of life.

Praise 150 rehearses at least once per week. Morning rehearsals are also held when the team is providing music for chapel that day. Consistent attendance at rehearsal is required. Students interested in becoming members of Praise 150 must be proficient instrumentalists or vocalists.
