Sign In to FACTS

FACTS Logo

 

FACTS is Concordia's Student Management System and the home for student grades, assignments, schedules, etc. You will want to be able to log in on the first day of school.

Student FACTS Sign In:
  1. Ensure your CLHS email is working before continuing
  2. Know that your CLHS Username is the last 2 of your graduation year + first initial + last name
  3. Go to the FACTS website https://factsmgt.com/ -> Family Log In -> FACTS Family Portal
  4. Click Forgot Username/Password
  5. Enter the District Code: CON-IN and your CLHS username
  6. Click Reset Password button
  7. Check your CLHS email for a message from FACTS Technical Support
  8. Click the link to set password
  9. Enter the password you used for your email, confirm and remember it
  10. Close the FACTS website 
  11. Return to FACTS website https://factsmgt.com/ -> Family Log In -> FACTS Family Portal
    1. District Code: CON-IN
    2. Username: Enter your CLHS Username (not full email address)
    3. Password: Enter the password you just created
  12. Ensure Student is selected
  13. Click Login button
Parent FACTS Sign In:
1. Click on the FACTS Family Portal Login Page (https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx). This link will also be used to log into your account at any future date.
2. Click "Create New Family Portal Account"
3. Create an account using the email that we have on file for you. This is the same email that you were using for OnCampus.
4. You will receive an email (from “FACTS Technical Support” with the subject line “Create New FACTS Family Portal Account) with instructions on how to create a username and password.
5. Return to the login screen to input your username and password. The District Code is CON-IN. You will need this to log in each time.
