Journalism Camp – Writing, photography and design
Join us as we learn how to be journalists by interviewing, photographing, and writing stories about the other exciting camps happening during the week: Rocket Science Camp, Baseball Camp, Lady Cadet Basketball Camp, Filmmaking Camp, and Computer Science Camp. We will learn how to take our photos and stories and design them into our printed-out color magazine using professional software. Skills learned: how to use a DSLR camera, Report and interview, Write journalism stories, and design in InDesign. This is a great introduction to the Yearbook, photography, and graphic design classes for high school.
